Welvida is launching innovative recovery housing solutions and technology to support addiction recovery and behavioral health

Welvida develops scalable recovery solutions that meet people where they are — in the real world, and in real time, particularly in the context of addiction recovery.
We focus on two core projects:
SoberHomes – This initiative offers structured, peer-led sober living housing located near essential services, jobs, and meetings, making it a valuable resource for recovery housing in Washoe County.
TimeGrab– A mobile app that supports outpatient recovery with tools for structure, accountability, and connection, enhancing peer recovery support for individuals in sober living.
Our founder brings over 23 years of lived experience in recovery, alongside decades of leadership in behavioral health and housing. His work in healthcare innovation has earned five national awards.

SoberHomes provides safe, affordable, and supportive recovery housing in Washoe County for individuals in early addiction recovery. Designed around the principles of dignity, structure, and peer recovery support, SoberHomes offers a stable environment that promotes long-term recovery and personal growth. Residents benefit from: A structured, peer-led living environment, shared rooms with privacy-respecting amenities, proximity to jobs, outpatient treatment, and mutual aid meetings, and a culture of accountability, community, and mutual respect. Additionally, residents have access to connections with recovery support services and life skills resources. SoberHomes bridges the gap between treatment and independent living, creating a foundation where residents can rebuild their lives with stability, support, and purpose in sober living, particularly in Sparks or Reno.

TimeGrab is a recovery and treatment companion app designed for individuals in outpatient care, particularly those on their journey of addiction recovery. It empowers users to stay on track with personalized tools that help them: Track meetings and appointments, build daily structure and healthy routines, stay connected with peers and support networks through peer recovery support, and share progress with providers, sponsors, or mentors. TimeGrab also plays a vital role in connecting users to recovery housing in Washoe County and supporting their transition to sober living, including options for sober living in Sparks and Reno. This app bridges the gap between treatment and everyday life—offering real-time support, structure, and accountability when it matters most.
We're actively building partnerships with:
- Case managers, treatment programs, and peer networks focused on addiction recovery
- Local agencies and reentry programs that support peer recovery
- Funders, grantmakers, and volunteer developers who are interested in recovery housing in Washoe County
